Our goal is to get to know each other as best as possible and on equal footing during the application process. This phase is a valuable opportunity for both sides to determine if there is a genuine connection.

Your Application
Apply directly through our careers page—whether you’re submitting a speculative application or applying for a posted position. You can quickly and easily upload your documents and contact details there.
Once we receive your application, you will get a confirmation email. We review your materials promptly and will get back to you as soon as possible.
Step 3
Getting to Know Each Other
The initial meeting can take place as an in-person interview at our office, a phone call, or a video conference—whichever suits you best. For some positions, a second in-person interview may follow.
These conversations and your visit offer an opportunity for both sides to get to know each other. Feel free to ask any questions that are important to you—and if anything remains unclear afterward, don’t hesitate to reach out again.

Your Contract Offer
When we both feel that “This is a perfect fit!” – you will receive your contract offer from us. Congratulations and welcome to the OHRMANN team!
Step 5
Your Start with Us (Onboarding)
We understand that starting a new job and all the changes that come with it can be exciting but also nerve-wracking for many. That’s why it’s very important to us that you feel comfortable quickly.
All our new employees receive a personalized onboarding plan. Your new colleagues are always there to support you, especially during the onboarding and training phase, explaining what matters most at OHRMANN. Even if the environment is new, you will never be alone here.

What should your application include?
Your resume should definitely be included. If you have recent certificates, we would be happy to receive them as well!
- For an apprenticeship position: Please send us your current school reports.
- For a position requiring professional experience: Your work references are particularly important here.
Do I have to include a cover letter?
Well, sort of 😉
If you’re applying for a specific advertised position, a cover letter isn’t mandatory but is always welcome.
For unsolicited applications or internship inquiries, a cover letter helps us better understand your motivation.
In short: Including a cover letter is great—but it’s not absolutely necessary.
How is the interview appointment scheduled?
As soon as we have reviewed your documents and are interested in getting to know you, we will send you an email with suggested dates for the interview.
Who will be present during the interview?
Typically, you will meet two people from our team:
– a colleague from the Human Resources department
– and a representative from the specialist department you applied to.
You have usually been in contact with the HR representative beforehand, who also coordinates the interview appointment with you.
Can I do an internship with you?
Yes! Whether it’s a school internship or a mandatory or voluntary internship during your studies — we offer various opportunities to gain practical experience with us.
Just write to us about the type of internship you’re interested in, and we’ll work together to find the best way to organize your placement.
Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?
Yes, of course! You are welcome to apply for multiple positions.
Please submit a separate application for each position — we will recognize that it’s a multiple application and take that into account accordingly.
I have applied before – can I try again?
Absolutely! We’re always happy to receive your application again.
Each application is reviewed individually – even if you have already had an interview with us before.
