Interaction and joint responsibility

Interaction and joint growth – that’s what OHRMANN stands for.

In our corporate culture, we stand up for each other professionally and personally, take responsibility and shape the place where we build sophisticated customer solutions.

We all know and we all live: going your own way is only possible in a strong cooperation at eye level. And that is why every single person counts!

In dialogue, we do everything we can to ensure that everyone bears responsibility that fills, challenges, inspires and allows them to grow beyond themselves.

Active participation in the shaping of our company is also explicitly desired and possible. For this we have created our very own model of operational co-creation.

We actively promote family-friendly framework conditions in all phases of life and their necessities as well as for very personal life plans. We always want to find practicable and flexible solutions that suit everyone involved.

Thanks to this commitment, we have been certified as a family-friendly company since 2013.

Not far from Lake Möhnesee, the historic Hanseatic town of Soest, once the "secret capital of Westphalia", also awaits you.
