OHRMANN joins the Alliance for Biodiversity
Since October 2025, OHRMANN has been a member of the newly established Alliance for Biodiversity in the Westphalia Region. By joining this initiative, we reaffirm our commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices — because biological diversity is the foundation for stable supply chains, innovation, and a healthy economic structure.
The network, initiated by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), brings together companies that actively contribute to the preservation of biodiversity. Its goal is to raise awareness of biodiversity within the business community and society at large, while inspiring concrete measures in corporate environments.
Why biodiversity matters:
- Economically relevant: Intact ecosystems secure resources and stable supply chains.
- Adapting to climate change: Measures such as greened company grounds help mitigate climate impacts.
